The Education Department of HIMA PSTI Aksaracita Cabinet has just successfully organized an interesting and informative Podcast Braintalks activity. Raising a theme that is very relevant for students, namely “Survive in the Industry: Skill, Mental, or Relationship?”. The main purpose of this activity is to provide an in-depth understanding of the world of work, identify key success factors, and provide strategies and inspiration for students in preparing for future careers.

This Braintalks podcast featured two talented moderators from PSTI students, Ayu Permatasari and Fikriansyah Haikal Ramadhan (Batch 2023), who successfully guided the discussion in a dynamic and interactive manner. As the main speaker who provided valuable insights, Pa Jaka Septiadi, M.Kom., a PSTI Lecturer who has deep experience and knowledge in the industrial field, was present. In a warm and discussion-filled session, crucial topics such as the importance of developing technical and soft skills, the role of mental health in dealing with job pressures, and how to build a strong professional network were discussed in depth.
