Central Jakarta - The Information Systems and Technology Education Student Association (HIMA PSTI) of the Aksara Cita Cabinet has started a new step in its management with an Industrial Visit activity held on February 21, 2025 at the Indosat Marvelous Xperience Center, Gambir District, Central Jakarta. This activity is an effort to integrate education with industrial practice. Thus, students are ready to face challenges in the world of work. This industrial visit carries the theme Explore the Future of Technology with Indosat: Innovation Beyond Limits!. This activity received a positive response from Information Systems and Technology Education students, there were 59 students and 1 accompanying lecturer who participated in this activity.

Various series of activities designed to develop students' knowledge in the field of technology such as technology exhibitions, technology presentations, and there are also quizzes to test how far students' knowledge is based on the exhibitions that have been held. Not only participating in industrial visits, students are also very enthusiastic about recording the new knowledge they gain. Students have the task of making a resume of activities and documentation of activities. So, students who have not had the opportunity to participate in activities can also gain knowledge through resumes of presentations from students who participate in activities.

During the industrial visit, students were accompanied by educators who served as exhibition guides. Meanwhile, the material was delivered by professionals in the field of telecommunications technology. Students learned about the network structure used in the industrial world, the competencies needed in the world of work, and also learned about the code of ethics of an IT professional. Thus, it is hoped that students can continue to be motivated to study harder and can obtain certification as an IT expert to support their future in the world of work.

The activity began with a group photo as a form of welcoming by the educator. Then continued with exhibition activities and material about technology, a question and answer session, then the event was closed with a quiz by the educator. Students participated in the series of activities with enthusiasm and passion, especially during the question and answer session and quiz. Various attractive prizes were distributed in the quiz, such as handbags, power banks, and also phone holders. In addition, students can also try the technology presented by Indosat MXCenter such as VR360, smart car, and edu tech. Then the event continued with a group photo and the presentation of a plaque from HIMA PSTI to the Indosat Marvelous Xperience Center.
